Measurement principle: use the characteristics of UV absorption of ozone, accordance with The Beer-Lambert Law.
Test method: high accurate double beam absorption method of UV

Light pool system: split light pool technology, no leakage, high withstand voltage, impulsion resistance of high flow sample gas
